Strawberry Tequila Soda

This cocktail is exactly my mood right now…bright, bubbly and screaming *summer*!

It’s July, it’s Friday, it’s a long weekend and I’ve got a fresh Strawberry Tequila Soda in my hands…I have literally zero complaints. To make a great day even better, I’m about to take one of these outside with a book and bask in the sun.

This summery cocktail features a bunch of muddled, juicy strawberries topped with tequila, lime juice, tonic water and thyme.

I went to the grocery store yesterday and a quart of strawberries was 99 CENTS. I kid you not. So I obviously loaded up my cart so I could make endless amounts of strawberry cocktails all weekend long.
