In the spirit of channeling the tropical weather with this Caramelized Pineapple Cream Pie, I put the leftover pineapple to good use.
Plus I wanted to finally put this awesome copper pineapple cup to good use.
So this Pineapple Mule was born. It’s fruity, refreshing, and tropical…everything you need on a cloudy day.
Looks adorable in mason jars too (as does anything).
Cheers!
